John Turner and his team were on site as promised . Immediately began the window removal and installation on the new windows. Once the job was complete they gave detailed instructions on the window operation and warranty procedures. The site was cleaned inside and outside as if they were never here. So far my wife and I are pleased with the overall experience.

I am very pleased with the window installations Window World did for me. The installers, John and Phil, arrived on time, they were thorough, professional, and so patient in answering my questions. I could see they were experts at what they did and they cleaned up everything before they left. My windows look great and they also showed me how to care for them. I am very pleased and will use Window World in the future. I would highly recommend them from my experience.

We had to have a large bathroom window replaced. The team arrived right on time and it took very little time to get the old window out and new one in. Everyone was very polite, courteous and they cleaned up everything. The team leader, I can't remember his name but I think it was Phil explained care and warranty on the window. Very pleased with their work

First off the sales person was prompt and knowledgeable of his product. He took all the time we needed to fully understand the product, warranty and build of the windows. He gave a very good demonstration. He worked up the numbers clarifying the options we wanted. The price he quoted was spot on un respect to our expectations. The other company we got a quote from was more than 3 times the price. The quality of these windows seems excellent. The installation crew on time to start the project. They worked all day and the next. They weren't able to complete the project the second day because of some extra install issues, so they were back bright and early Saturday morning and work all day to finish. They had to do quite a bit of extra build up to get the windows secured and water tight. They did a spectacular job and the windows look and work fantastic. My wife can't get over how much she loves these, yes I said loves them. At this point we are very pleased with our purchase

We had new windows put in because our old ones did not keep the noise level down. We live right off a very busy highway. The difference is amazing! I did not think it would be This quiet. The workmen that came to put in the windows were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They put in six windows in about six hours. We only had the back of the house done, but we will call them to come back and do the front.
