The team that removed and my 11 windows did a great job. Replaced some rotten wood that was found when they removed some of the old windows. Did a great job of cleaning up when they were done.

Work was good, looks nice. But I was referred by another customer who was supposed to get a referral fee(and she really did a great job to convince me to buy, even invited me in her home to look at them) but got no fee. She was told that I used a different branch. When the branch she used referred me to Roanoke rapids because they didn't come 3 miles pass her house, what a rip off she got after being such a loyal customer to convince others to by from Window world. She promoted the company not just a branch, she deserves the fee.

The entire experience with Window World, from initial consultation/estimate to installation was such a good one. Every person I spoke with, whether over the phone or in person, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were simply amazing and removed and installed 15 windows in one day. The windows work as they should, look great and I've already found they are saving us money on electricity. My only complaint (and it's not a big deal) is that there were smudges on and around some of the window panels that had to be cleaned... Still a five star company, in my opinion!

We had Window World of Rocky Mount visit our house and give us a price quote to replace the doors and windows in our back porch. Their estimate was the lowest of the 2 we obtained. All of the windows were different sizes and the crew arrived and installed them with no issues. The foreman, Chris(I think), was very particular on how they looked afterwards and his crew did an excellent job. They removed the old doors and windows and clean-up all of the trash afterwards, so there is a very clean porch area left for you to enjoy. The doors and windows work fantastic and much easier to move when you want to open them for the day. The ladies in the office are also very pleasant to talk to and very helpful with any hints. These windows have a lifetime warranty from what we have been told.

Window World of Rocky Mount did a great job of installing our new windows. Everyone that was involved in the process were great to work with. The windows they provide are good quality. My only complaint is the time it took to get them installed, which was the result of a manufacturing delay compounded with the installers busy schedule. Time to complete installation was 2 months behind schedule. My recommendation to WW of RM is to communicate more with your customers when there are delays. It was a pain to call them every week and receive very little information on the status. Regardless, I would recommend this company. They did an overall great job.
